2. Use of the Service
Kontrollis is a cloud-based production monitoring system designed primarily for apparel, garment, and footwear manufacturers.
The platform is intended for:
- Production data collection
- Monitoring operations and orders
- Workforce and efficiency tracking
- Production analysis and reporting
The mobile application (SFC app):
- Is used strictly for shop-floor data collection
- Replaces barcode and paper-based systems with real-time data
- Functions only together with the Kontrollis platform
3. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Use the system only for legitimate business purposes
- Maintain account security and confidentiality
- Report unauthorized access immediately
4. System Access & Availability
Kontrollis is provided as a cloud-based service accessible via the internet.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to:
- Maintenance
- Technical issues
- External factors
5. Data Usage
The system processes production-related data only, such as:
- Orders
- Operations
- Efficiency metrics
No personal data is collected.
6. Intellectual Property
All software and related assets remain the property of G-systems Software Development Ltd.
Users receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kontrollis is not liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Loss of profit
- Incorrect data caused by misuse
8. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if:
- Terms are violated
- Unauthorized use occurs
- Subscription obligations are not fulfilled
9. Severability
If any provision is invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
